The VP-288MX2, the latest model of the industrial proven VP series, is a 288 megapixel resolution CMOS camera available with the CXP-12 interface. These cameras adopt the cutting edge High Speed CMOS image sensor technology (DCS288M) from Syncron. The VP-288MX2 offers up to 15 frames per second at 24000 x 12000 resolution. These cameras use thermoelectric Peltier (TEC) cooling technology developed for and used by many demanding medical market customers. The TEC maintains the operating temperature of the CMOS image sensor at up to 10 degrees below ambient temperature. These cameras provide a stable operating condition and the ability to expose for a long period of time to increase camera sensitivity. Featured with the stable operating capability and high resolution, these cameras are ideal for demanding applications such as FPD, PCB and semiconductor inspections.
